Christy Davis graduated in 1983 from UNC-Chapel Hill with a BA in Psychology.  After beginning her family in 1985 and coming to know Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior in 1987, she began to revisit the literature she “breezed through” during school.  English became her hobby and she has since read over a hundred of the wonderful literary classics.  During the ten years that she homeschooled her children, she taught several co-op classes including speech, research writing, and literature.  After three years in a more traditional classroom setting as a high school English teacher, she returns to the co-op classroom this year because she simply loves homeschoolers and being a mom.
