8th - 12th Grade Homeschool Enrichment Activities

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have hired a teacher based on your registration and we are obligated to pay that teacher. Therefore, we have the following cancellation policy.

If you cancel prior to the end of August 19,  you will receive  your entire activity fee back, but forfeit the registration fee.

If you cancel after August 19, there is no refund.

Note: A situation may arise when we can’t afford to pay a teacher because of low enrollment. The instructor may cancel a class that does not meet a minimum enrollment of students. If that is the case, we will issue a full refund with no penalty.
